With 20 years of experience, the R&D teams, in collaboration with the world’s best ingredient manufacturers and French manufacturers, continue to innovate in order to offer more effective, more natural and safer products to its customers. The expertise and experience of Laboratoire LOUVAGNY allows us to offer a variety of forms, from liquid forms (drinking shots, two-pointed ampoules, bottles) to dry forms (tablets, powders) and oily forms in soft capsules.
FORMULATION PROCESS
Each formula from Laboratoire Louvagny is made from ingredients accepted by the regulations of food supplements in France and Europe. The formulas are designed according to a rigorous methodology in several steps:
Quality at the service of excellence
At each stage of the development process, quality and safety is at the heart of the R&D teams’ concerns. This is why quality controls are put in place.
1 – Supply :
The selected ingredients are accompanied by certificates proving their safety and quality. The main certificates required for each ingredient are bacteriological, heavy metal-free, pesticide-free, GMO-free, ionization-free, BSE/TSE-free and allergen-free.
2 – Manufacturing :
Visual and taste controls are set up to check the quality of the ingredients as well as the quality of the finished product. The physico-chemical parameters and bacteriology of the products are systematically analysed to check their conformity after manufacture.
3 – Product monitoring :
Stability studies on the organoleptic and vitamin content of the products are carried out over the life cycle of the product to check their conformity.
